Summary: Here's our guide on how to convert FLAC to MP3 so you no longer have to worry about incompatibility issues no matter your device.
Converting your FLAC tracks to MP3 makes you listen to them on your iPhone
SE/7/6S/6, iPod, Galaxy S7/S6 or MP3 player.
what is FLAC?
FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec, an audio format similar to MP3, but lossless, meaning that audio is compressed in FLAC without any loss in quality. This is similar to how Zip works, except with FLAC you will get much better compression because it is designed specifically for audio, and you can play back compressed FLAC files in your favorite player just like you would an MP3 file.
If you store digital music as FLAC files but your portable player doesn't play them, you'll need to convert them to MP3s first. For that job, you'll need a FLAC to MP3 Converter.
